This beautifully illustrated book helps a child through the grieving process and allows them to complete fun activities and build a keepsake of their loved one. It is filled with activities and exercises which explore the feelings associated with bereavement. Children are encouraged to write about the person who has died in their copy of the book, and also about the events which surrounded the death and their emotions associated with the loss. The suggested activities have been skilfully devised to be both therapeutic and enjoyable (for example, making a memory jar and an explosive ‘feelings volcano’).
