Chunky, bright illustrations capture Little Croc’s world of fun as he wreaks havoc jumping on hippos’ backs and scaring the zebras. Bird quietly observes Little Croc as he drives away all the animals and ends up lonely and bored. When Bird promises to be Little Croc’s friend if he plays nicely Little Croc decides to give it a try. He has fun with Bird and then makes friends with the other animals. At last Little Croc realizes he doesn’t have to be naughty to have fun.
