Topsy and Tim set off for a family camping trip. On arrival at the camp site, they pitch their tents (the twins have their own special spotty one), fill the kettle at the outdoor tap and have their al fresco supper. The family go and explore the wood, and Mummy explains that the arrows on the trees will guide them back to camp after their walk. Another family arrive on site and their two big boys play noisily, kicking their football into the side of Topsy and Tim’s tent. In the morning, the twins and the older boys play in the woods together. When it is time to return for breakfast they are worried that they are lost, but Topsy explains how to use the arrows to get back. Mummy can’t get the stove to work so the two families have a big barbecue breakfast together. Topsy and Tim decide they love camping and wish they could stay forever.
