Freddy Goes Flying: The Important Lesson of Flying with an Allergy

When Freddy the Mouse and Nutmeg the Squirrel visit the airfield, Nutmeg inadvertently becomes a passenger on one of the planes. Nutmeg’s mother (Mrs Squirrel) is worried as Nutmeg has a severe allergy to nuts and there are some important things that Nutmeg needs to know before travelling. She must not eat nuts, she must take her special medicine with her, she must tell the staff on the plane about the allergy, and she must check the seat for crumbs before sitting down. Freddy hops on Mr Blackbird’s back and flies up to tell the pilot that Nutmeg is on board. They agree that they will be better prepared next time they fly.
