Bumposaurus is a little dinosaur who just keeps bumping into things and keeps getting into scrapes because he can’t see what is going on around him. After almost becoming pudding for a Tyrannosaurus, his family finally realise what the problem is and he borrows his grandma’s glasses to his great delight – he can see! The book reads like any bedtime story with bright fun artwork. You only gradually realise that there is something not quite right with poor old Bumposaurus, and further along that its probably short-sightedness. There is no mention of glasses until the end of the entertaining story.
